Pelican Pointe is a gated community comprised of 1,355 homesites and villas. Lakes are abundant on the property and most homeowners have a waterview.  All residents of Pelican Pointe are Social members of the Club and are granted access to the Club’s tennis courts, swimming pool, fitness room and Clubhouse functions and activities. Pelican Pointe is a deed restricted community which is governed by Homeowners Associations.

The Master Homeowner’s Association is made up of one representative from each neighborhood. The Master Homeowner’s Association is responsible for security, maintenance of common areas, protection of wetlands and ponds and set standards for architecture and landscaping. The Master HOA meet monthly.
